Root Cause Analysis:
Issue was caused by a Demon in the Smart Jack living off the audio from inbound calls.
Local AT&T priest performed exorcism on the smart jack housing the beast.
After 4 hours we cleared the issue and bounced the PRI.
Customer will be billed for Holy Water used in cleansing effort.
