Root Cause Analysis:

Outage caused by nesting family of Raccoons in cable closet.
Tech attempted to remove family of Raccoons but was not CCRA certified.
This resulted in mishandling and spooking of said raccoons which in turn tore up the patch paneling.
CCRP has been dispatched to remove rest of the Raccoons and repair patch-paneling.
